Risk assessment is the part where you are managing the health and safety of others and also to identify the hazards that can be made during this process but knowing how to prevent them
A risk assessment is there for people to know that the person is aware that they are responsible on the location when filming and that the person has considered the injuries or damages that could be made throughout the filming. When the risk assessment has been filled out it needs to be signed from the person that is in charge and responsible for everyone on the location, has to be done before anything goes further ahead. If there are any changes on the day then the risk assessment can be updated after the evaluation.
This is an example of a risk assessment which we would not stick to as it isn't clear to us at all. It isn't detailed and it doesn't tell us if it is that serious or not as someone could seriously get hurt. The Mitigation Method is unclear as it says 'list with legs' but there isn't a risk so we don't know why we are carrying the legs and where we are carrying them to.
This is our risk assessment and we have put in lots of detail on how to prevent the risk from happening and we have also included how bad the risk is and if it is that serious to and get it looked at. We have also put how many people were at risk so, we could be hurting more than one person.
